Originally from Manila, she grew up watching her mother succeed in various businesses and investing in real estate.  She grew up visiting various properties and was exposed at an early age in the world of sales. 

Maria earned her bachelor’s degree in Development Studies at the University of the Philippines, the state university where she was a consistent college and university scholar.  After graduation, she worked at a bank where she managed the investment accounts of valued clients. 

Knowledgeable in both real estate rental and sales in the New York and Philippines, Maria succeeds in responding to her client’s various needs by managing their expectations. Her honesty and ability to implore creative solutions gets the deal done.    

As a licensed real estate agent in New York, Maria is focused in condominium sales in all Manhattan neighborhoods.   She is also focused on short and long term rentals.  She is an expert in dealing with international sellers and buyers.  As a licensed real estate broker in the Philippines, she is focused on condominium sales and luxury home sales in Makati City.

Maria has been living in New York for over ten years.  She completed a business course at New York University.  She also managed a healthcare company before going into real estate.  She currently resides in the Financial District, downtown Manhattan.  Living in New York for her is an exciting adventure.  Maria loves meeting new people and learning about various cultures. 

She spends her free time exploring the city, visiting museums and appreciating art.  She also dedicates time to do her volunteer work and fundraising to support various housing and scholarship charity programs.
