Born in Israel, Avi earned his BA degree at the Hebrew University and moved to the Upper West Side in 2006 where he still resides. He loves the pace of the neighborhood and appreciates the differences in Manhattans other unique areas from uptown to downtown.

As a property owner, Avi empathizes with the fine balance of emotions, lifestyle needs and finances that go along with buying a home. He provides clients with a detailed market analysis comparison with the most updated transactions and listings so they get a clear picture of the areas and buildings they are considering. A good agent and manager should have many clients who feel they are in the right hands, he says. I am a hardworking person who likes challenges and I am always for his clients, I will do everything necessary to secure the best deal for my clients. Outside of real estate, Avi enjoys running semi and full marathons, playing guitar and hiking with friends. His favorite thing of all is the priceless time with his wife and daughter his young baby boy, playing, cooking, laughing and just being together.
