I have been a full Real Estate Business professional since May of 1988, and an associate of the Franklin County MLS as well as the Chittenden county mls prior to its merger to for NEREIN MLS and New England wide MLS system.  I am leaving this MLS system at the end of March as it has gotten less user friendly and have MYStateMLS which I joined on March 13, 2025.  
I have won numerous awards for being the top sales agent (#4 in all of New England) and top agent in te town of Georgia, Vermont for many years. I was honored by the Whos Whos for my accomplishments as well as the Vermont Business magazine. 
I moved my business to the town of Fairax, Vermont after building my "forever home" there in 2001, in 2013.
I have been a Broker/Owner, developer, home builder, and property manager for many years. 

I now concentrate my services on my own development in the town of Fairfax, Vermont.
