Komalty Farm

The Komalty Farm consists of 160 acres of good, flat tillable ground. The ground is made up of mostly class 2 soils with a history of good yields of primarily wheat and sorghum. This is a good dry land farm with nice, easy access for farm equipment. There is a rural water line that runs along the east side of the property for those years when mother nature isn't very generous. The city of Hobart, Ok is conveniently located approximately 5 miles to the west providing easy and quick farm to market for crops and also convenient access to restaurants, shopping and fuel.
