Two fireplaces (fireplace on main floor has a forced air heat-a-later) Both fireplaces have a gas line to start the wood burning fire. Main floor fireplace ashes are removed from outside. Basement fireplace ashes are contained and removed in the fireplace. Back porch has brick flower boxes. Outside grill with its own separate chimney. (This dual chimney has outlet in garage for an add-on furnace.) Anderson double pane windows throughout. City water with original well on site. City sewage.
