A 20' x 24' detached garage sits on the property, built in 2015 and entirely untouched by the fire. This is a great location and a great start to a home for someone who is looking to build. Much of the expense has already been incurred, private well and septic are in place, as is power, heating system, a propane, and with the concrete poured and many salvageable materials, someone with building knowledge and ability can take it from here and turn it into a home once again.
