This 550 square foot cabin near Dollar Lake in Gladwin, Michigan was recently refurbished. The owner used the cabin personally as well as a vacation rental. The property is not furnished, but we included photos of how it was furnished to provide an idea of what it may look like for your "up-north" getaway spot or for your vacation rental portfolio. The seller is willing to transfer access to the new owner to the listing site "Evolve" for use as a future vacation rental property. This is a popular area and rentals typically book up for the summer in March.
