TRACT 1: This lot contains 2.03+/- wooded acres. The property has road frontage on Jonathan Fork Rd. with access to county water and electricity. The 80+/- acre tract and timber is located down the road approx. quarter mile west. TRACT 2: This tract contains 80+/- acres of land with about 52 acres being in marketable timber with the remainder in young timber by the creek.
