A whole home sediment filter and water softener provides clean water for shower and appliance longevity. A three stage under sink filter and UV sterilization light provides clean, mineralized drinking and cooking water, and also to an ice maker. The home is insulated with closed cell spray foam, including the crawl space. HVAC system features an energy recovery ventilator "ERV" to bring fresh air into the house and UVC light sterilization to kill mold, bacteria, viruses, pollen and dander. There's a 20 foot single use Conex container that's partially buried with power and shelving for storage and/or shelter from the storm. A 35 foot tower was installed for fixed wireless high speed internet and Cat 6 ethernet cable has been run to the main rooms and bedrooms.
