The Mesa View shop is a 100' x 32' steel building. It has several side windows and doors and a large overhead door entrance on the west end. Part of the building has been used for storage of mowing equipment and the storage of lodge and motel equipment duirng the winter. The east end of this building has a bathroom, kitchen, and living quarters with a cement floor and is heated with partial insulation. The building has water from a well located nearby but would reqire a well agreement upon sale. The living area, with some added items, could be used as lodging for summer help for the lodge or just independent use for boat and vehicle storage. Good access to Hwy 92!
