Located on Main Street, in the heart of Findlay, OH, this Gas Station and C-Store is close to factories, the University, places of worship and housing. Currently under the banner of Marathon, but with no obligation to remain with Marathon. The auction includes all real estate, fixtures and equipment owned. The Liquor License is included and will transfer to the new owner, subject to them being approved by the licensing authority. The sale of the Real Estate, however; is not contingent on the ability of the buyer to get approval from the licensing authority.
