The 8X24 3 season room has additional cabinets that offer plenty of storage, a futon sleeper with a privacy curtain, a festive dining set and a separate air conditioning unit. You will never run out of hot water with the Rinnai on demand water heater. The seasonal resort is located close to Drakes Island Beach, Kennebunkport, fine area restaurants and a short drive north to the less congested Kennebunk shopping area. The resort fee is $5,000 per season and includes water, sewer, cable & internet. Seasonal property, no rentals of the unit.
