Plus if you want football (go Chiefs!!!), baseball (yeah Royals), professional soccer (KC Sportings), theatre, opera, ballet, fine dining, world class museums, shopping, gondolas on the canals - you name it, Kansas City has it! Here in town locally, the average starting wage is about $13 for convenience store/fast food and then goes up from there. The cost of living is super reasonable and if you are looking for a highly skilled job with high pay, Kansas City has hundreds of openings.
