In January of 2023, a majority of these parcels were surveyed to form one parcel with 605'+/- of frontage on Lake Lanier. This tract can be accessed from Hidden Hill and Dorsey Drive. The second parcel consists of 4.45+/- acres of undeveloped land with an unknown amount of frontage on Lake Lanier, Hall County Tax Parcel #08021 001542. This tract includes a sewer easement.
