A 6 foot farm house kitchen sink, refinished workbench counters, 8 foot bowling alley lane island with machinist stools, and a cute "truck front" wine bar offer the industrial quirk, while top of the line cookware and amenities in your fully stocked kitchen, shower with rainfall showerhead, electric fireplace, and comfy furnishings offer a retreat experience. We of course offer AC, heating, WiFi, internet based television, a grill, and a washer dryer for your convenience. All utilities and lawncare are included. We are available monthly or longer term, so this home is perfect for longer vacations, job contracts, or interim stays. Seasonal rates apply Close proximity to 4 of our our finest lakes , the best fishing and water sports galore, excellent area Golf Courses, and a few miles from charming downtown. Lake Placid is known as "The Town of Murals" and "The Caladium Capital of the World" . Bring your toothbrush (and boat and golf clubs if you like) and relax at The Lake Grassy Workshop Retreat! Please note: This is an large open concept efficiency without doors to rooms. We are appropriate for one person or two people that really like each other. Pets are welcome with prior approval. We have 2 dogs and a kitty on the property in a separate fenced area of the property. There is a large parking area in front of the retreat if you desire to bring your boat or RV. Third bay garage is for owners private storage. State of Florida hotel tax applies to rentals under 6 months and one day. Owner is a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
