We will not tie the tracts together at any point. Tract one, legally described as NW1/4 of NW1/4 Ex E17' of W50' 16-95-62, Charles Mix Co. SD, also known as 40019 299th St. This parcel consists of a home, several out buildings, and many other improvements sitting on 39.48 acres. The original home was built in 1910 with an addition put on in 1978 and measures 1452 sq ft. The corrals and fencing are in excellent condition and there are several livestock tanks positioned around the property as well as mature tree groves ideal for livestock.
