There is new wood laminate flooring throughout the home except for both bedrooms and both of those have new carpet. Let's go a quick tour of the home. The home will come furnished. Except for the master bedroom set and all of the TV's. As you come through the screen room you have your shed that come with a washer and dryer. Let's head up the ramp and when you enter the home you could use this has a 2nd dining area or eat-in kitchen if you wanted. Currently the area has 2 shelving units. As we go to the right you have a storage closet. Then you come to the master bedroom. The master bathroom is on the right, it's a nice size with a walk in shower. After that you have walk in closet.
