He was also part owner in Simpson's Old Time Museum and Skeleton Creek Productions Movie Studio, an eccentric downtown tourist attraction. There was never a city parade or benefit he wasn't supporting or leading. During the late 60s and early 70s, the Simpsons donated land behind their homes for a premier baseball camp. Many local kids share found memories of attending those camps. Larry was very proud to be an integral part of Enid and its history.
