Great rural but not remote lot located in the Town of Marbletown, just outside of Hurley and about 10 minutes from NYS Thruway Exit 19 Kingston. Square shaped 1 acre lot has a distressed home on it, seller is not making any representation to the condition of the home although it appears not salvageable other than its foundation. There was a working well and septic system system for the home but the seller is not aware if its current working condition, home has been vacant for over 10 years. Land is located on a quiet country road and across the street from a nice stream offering views and the tranquil sounds of nature. Here is all the info I have on the Lapla Rd land.
