James Ranch - cattle ranch

This is a desert ranch that can pencil out and should fit into a stockmen's portfolio quite nicely. It sits in a great grid so if times are dry you have the drought insurance to rely on. If times are good with moisture you have the option of running more than your typical annual heard and can mix in stockers. The ranch is easily accessible off Interstate 10 and is easy to work country. There is not a large public presence (ATVs or hunters etc.) on this ranch.
