2 STORY CABIN WITH LAKE IN THE WOODS

No electric or water. Located back off the beaten path and very secluded is a 2 story cabin. The cabin has a L shaped porch. Up stairs is several beds and balcony for sleeping, watching the wild life and gazing at the stars, get back to nature or just unwinding. There is a hiking trail to Gum Springs. that runs all year long. There is a deer stand for the avid hunter, or try your hand at bear hunting. The cabin is wired for a generator that charges batteries through out the house that will last for hours. There is dish satellite TV. It is heated with wood ( there is abundant in the woods). There are ATV trails everywhere. You may need a 4X4 to reach the cabin. There is a privately owned lake with a fishing dock (needs work) The lake is stocked wiht all kinds of fish. There is 40 acres of vigin timber, pine and hardwood oak trees.
