Inside you will find cedar trim, and epoxy floors it is heated with a wood stove, ran by a generator, has a septic tank, and water is currently hauled in but a rain catchment or well could be installed. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet and there is an on demand hot water heater for a nice warm shower! The kitchen is open to the living room and dining area with a deep bowl kitchen sink, plenty of cupboards and counter space and a Mountain View through the window. Above the dining area is a loft with a ladder for an extra bed or for storage space. The cabin comes completely furnished with a TV, couch, recliner, table, coffee table and beds. Off from the living room are French doors and there is a ramp off the wrap around porch. This offers wheel chair accessible or store your atv inside when your not there. Also, included is a 10x20 guest cabin with generator hook-up and window units for heat and air. It also has a nice covered porch for enjoying the amazing mountain ridge view and sunsets. There's a flat cleared area above the main cabin, where an outbuilding could be built or a garden. If you are a hunter there are plenty of deer, turkey, wild boar, and other animals here. You will find plenty of trails to ride down for recreational enjoyment. Enjoy fishing in Shorty creek and Buck creek which are fairly close with a trail that takes you right down to the waters edge of these year round creeks.
