MyState MLS provides syndication services to members nationwide, meaning we have nationwide listings. We recommend you utilize our search feature if you want listings in a specific state, county, or city.
You must be a licensed real estate broker, associate broker or salesperson. Auctioneers licensed to sell real estate are also allowed to join. Attorney's are allowed to join in states that allow attorneys to represent clients as real estate brokers. Sales Associates operating under a state issued Mobile/Manufactured Housing Dealer or Brokers license may also join. Appraisers and lending institutions are also allowed to subscribe for comparable data. Your Real Estate License number is required when creating an account. Your firm must also be a participant.
MyStateMLS is much more than just a listing portal - we are a MLS. When a member lists their property into our system it will be available on our primary site, but we will also send that listing to Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and over 140 of the most popular listing sites in the country. Listings are syndicated to ListHub which feeds to over 135 different websites. My State MLS listings are fed DIRECTLY to Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, their network of websites, and Homes.com. The MLS uses advanced syndication that will automatically show members as the listing agent next to their listings at no additional cost. Members can promote themselves and their business by branding their listings on third party websites. Each third party site has its own listing display policy, so not all listings will display on all third party syndication sites.
