Joining Saunders & Associates feels like a homecoming for Michelle Berman. Her family had a home in Noyac for 39 years and Michelle grew up here over many summers. Having enjoyed a very successful career with Warburg Realty in NYC, Michelle has relocated to the East End full time to enter real estate in the place she loves so well. During a successful career as the publisher of several well known consumer magazines, Michelle was the chief negotiator directly responsible for well over $750 million in media deals with some of the world's largest brands. She also has personally purchased and renovated several homes in Manhattan, and negotiated her first lucrative deal at age 25 by identifying the true potential of a space that needed a little TLC. After several other extremely successful investments in residential real estate, Michelle's friends began to ask for her opinion on the properties they were considering buying and selling. At that point she realized she could turn her passion into a career and become an asset not just to her friends and family, but to others as well. Michelle brings to Saunders her ability to recognize how to increase the value of a home and to spot its hidden potential, and her love of renovation. She has a deep well of resources to draw upon when beginning the transformation process. When working with buyers, Michelle helps to identify a home they will both love and on which they will receive a lucrative return down the line. When selling a home her mission is simple: get the best possible price from the most qualified buyer. One of Michelle's most valued qualities is her honesty.
